Melbourne, August 10: The National 4×4 Outdoors Show, Fishing & Boating Expo is returning to the Melbourne Showgrounds again this year from 19-21 August.

The action-packed outdoors haven for fishermen, boat enthusiasts, 4WDers and outback tourers will showcase tens-of-thousands of fishing, boating, camping, outdoors and 4×4 products from over 200 leading exhibitors and retailers.

“We are thrilled to be bringing the National 4×4 Outdoors Show, Fishing & Boating Expo back to Melbourne again this year. The Show will once again cater for all interests in the great outdoors.

“Whether it’s fishing, boating, camping or four wheel driving you’re passionate about, you will be in outdoors heaven at the Show,” Event Director, Paul Mathers said.

“The Show will feature more than 30,000 square metres of the best outdoors products and services. It will be a one-stop shop for everything you could need on an outdoor adventure, bringing exhibitors and enthusiasts together under one roof.

“As the leading event for this industry, we have already had some exciting big-name exhibitors sign on again for this Show. Our exhibitors come from a wide range of categories and we will certainly be showcasing everything from big ticket items such as boats, caravans and four wheel drives, to fishing rods, outdoors clothing and accessories.”

Tickets are now on sale for this must-attend event, which will also bring a fantastic line-up of special guests and industry experts to the Melbourne Showgrounds. The line-up thus far includes the ever-popular Paul Worsteling from TV’s iFish, who fishing fans will be thrilled to see return to the Show again in August.

Ex-AFL legend Peter ‘Spida’ Everitt and his wife Sheree will also feature at the Show, hosting the popular Campfire Cooking Corner. Spida and Sheree, alongside other guests on the stage, will be teaching visitors how to make quick simple and delicious meals with nothing but a barbeque.

In addition to the Campfire Cooking Corner, all of the popular features including the Tackle World Fishing Stage, WAECO Outback Stage will return.

The dedicated 4WD Proving Ground – a purpose-built track run by 4WD Victoria providing the opportunity to learn how to use a 4×4 to its maximum capability on a variety of surfaces simulating being off the beaten track.

To entertain all-ages, the exciting Action Arena will feature the award-winning Outback Thunda monster truck and the roly poly car will show off its amazing back flips, with still more entertainment to be announced.
