Mumbai, June 8: Bollywood is rife with unusually high record of breakups and splits especially in 2016 – including the recent with the bombshell rumour about trouble in Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s marriage.
This time, it’s the two-year-old marriage of our John Abraham that is making news. While John has maintained his personal life and married life very well and stayed away from controversies; but from the very outset of his marriage with U.S-Based Investment-Banker Priya Runchal, there has been whispers of an unhappy marriage and long distance issues in the marriage.
Dishoom actor John Abraham and wife Priya Runchal, who tied the knot two years ago, seem to be have grown apart due to their work schedules.
A source close to John reveals in an article in the Deccan Chronicle, “They’ve drifted apart. There’s nothing seriously wrong between them. But then there was nothing so right between them for things to go wrong.”
“The couple is hardly together. Nowadays distance doesn’t make the heart grow fonder, but makes the heart wander. John needs to spend time with his wife. But his career keeps him busy here and she too won’t take time off from her job in the US. She isn’t comfortable with John’s Bollywood friends either,” says the source in an article in the Deccan Chronicle.
Another source said that Priya Runchal has revealed that she doesn’t want to leave her job in U.S and she doesn’t share a good rapport with John’s Bollywood friends.
Given that John himself can barely spend time with Priya, it is no wonder why distance between this cute couple are growing day by day.
Although John barely speaks about his wife Priya and their marriage, but it’s all in the open now.
Meanwhile, John Abraham‘s ex-flame Bipasha Basu can’t get enough of her marriage, honeymoon, post-honeymoon vacations with her husband Karan Singh Grover and they are proving to be made for each other by showering so much of Monkey Love even in the online world.
John Abraham, on the other hand is still trying to make his marriage work.
It is now wait and watch whether, distance fails the relationship or makes it doubly stronger.
